OUR WINE  “EL FINO”

The privileged zone where our property is located,  the Sierra of Montilla, is the perfect habitat to process this sort of wine, which needs special climatic conditions with a lot of hours of sun and high temperatures.In addittion we also need to process this wine the best land and selected grapes.

In our winery we only make “FINO”which is the most famous  and known wine of Montilla.

“El fino” it is a  pale and dry wine,slightly bitter, slight and with a straw colour.It is ideal accompanyng seafood or tapas but it is splendid at any time.
