Vino Amontillado 

Amontillado . Dry , sharp, smooth and with a hazelnut flavour. It harmoniusly combines  refinement and age. It has got an amber colour, between dark yellow and old gold. It is one of the most considered Spanish wines in the world with an exceptional bouquet and a clear and luminous golden colour. Splendid as an appetizer or accompanyng  soup and consomes.It is also great for culinary use  making exquisite dishes and specialities of the best international gastronomy .

Vino Oloroso     

OLOROSO  A full bodied wine,with extraordinary scent, sap and natural   wealth. With a dark mahogany color , it is recommended in the mid morning and in the afternoon,however it goes very well at any time except as appetizer

PEDRO XIMENEZ

Sweet wine with a pleasant taste(flavour) of fruits and sharp fragance. Pure wine made from “pasas”. Ideal in desserts and cakes. With ice and selz it is a delicious refreshing drink.
